PMI Insurance?

About 12 years ago he owned a house in Arizona.I was 18 years old and getting into trouble with the law, so we set to rent a couple and I was back home to Indiana. My father was sure that they kept up the house. About 8 mnths then, the state found my grandmother here in Indiana and served to your foreclosure with papers for me. At the time I received this it was too late to do anything about it, and I lost the house in a sheriff's sale. Now years later I'm trying to buy a new house and have to have PMI insurance again. My lender reported that because to what happened before I can not be covered by PMI. How long is this going to pursue? Am I ever be able to get it back? What I can do to treat to correct this? Please help: (Thanks What happens is it doesn't appear on the credit report, when the lender asked the insurance is there when ENTER. which is capable of launching PMI need 20% down, if I had I wouldnt have bothered with this.

You just have to make a normal down payment, no PMI be a problem.

Foreclosure Junior Liens
Is my lien on a property of any property after the foreclosure even if the bank can sell for more than amount owed on mortgage?

Scenario: House is now banked owned. The amount owed on the mortgage is 480K. I have a 50K lien on the property before foreclosure as the junior lien holder. home value is 550K. Suppose that the bank sells for 520K after foreclosure. This would cover the bank has lost more After some extra queries, etc. fees: Will I see any of my money once the bank gets its share and after expenses or keep the remaining equity. Is it But my insurance unsecured once the property is excluded, even if the bank managed to sell the property to cover the mortgage owed and keep any extra? None of the sheriff's sale, the mortgage company etc seller contacted me about the current status of this property if my assessment is absent. The property is an exchange of their hands to the bank and soon to a new owner, without my approval as a lien holder. Thanks

I assumed that you filed your lied with the county recorder's office. – Contact with lenders and send copies of his lien to everyone. Since the charge is sufficiently high, I want to hire an Atty to make sure they are paid in refinancing or selling again. Junior liens are often lost and ignored in foreclosures in fact come cases, mechanical assessment of the must, as a jr lien, pay the mortgages of others, to save their place. Ask your Licentiate in this case. luck
