where, in a mortgage note does not specify whether or not a loan is considered the appeal or not appeal?

I bought a house 4 years ago and now I'm struggling to pay my mortgage. I have a first and second TD, the first time has been deployed as type / refi period, and second, a subordinated loan with Wells Fargo, has been used in part to collect. I have to consider foreclosure as an option, if the lender is not willing to change the terms, but I'm sure if the creditor either first or second can pursue any of my other assets, including property of my wife owns free and clear he was with his grandmother, 401K pretty decent size (over 100,000), or even if my salary. Credit and tax issues aside, is it possible that the lender demand repayment by the judiciary or foreclosure of me protected? By the way this house is considered my primary residence. I am also trying to find where in the note or trust deed is signed, is set if the load is considered to recur or not recur, but can not find the verbiage Related

If the house is the only guarantee that appears in the note that's all I can take.

PMI Insurance?

About 12 years ago he owned a house in Arizona.I was 18 years old and getting into trouble with the law, so we set to rent a couple and I was back home to Indiana. My father was sure that they kept up the house. About 8 mnths then, the state found my grandmother here in Indiana and served to your foreclosure with papers for me. At the time I received this it was too late to do anything about it, and I lost the house in a sheriff's sale. Now years later I'm trying to buy a new house and have to have PMI insurance again. My lender reported that because to what happened before I can not be covered by PMI. How long is this going to pursue? Am I ever be able to get it back? What I can do to treat to correct this? Please help: (Thanks What happens is it doesn't appear on the credit report, when the lender asked the insurance is there when ENTER. which is capable of launching PMI need 20% down, if I had I wouldnt have bothered with this.

You just have to make a normal down payment, no PMI be a problem.
