Does anyone know if Michigan, a bank may come after the personal property after foreclosure?

I am thinking of implementing respect to a condominium in Michigan. I paid $ 369K in 2005 and has been included in my $ 225K over a year. I still owe about $ 280K. I live in Colorado and has purchased another home. The condo sits empty in Michigan and is costing me about $ 3000 per month. The right financial decision is to exclude, but I have no money for it and do not want the bank coming after me after foreclosure. I heard that in some states, the bank has to submit other exclusion to come after the assets and banks do not because it is very expensive and time. Does anyone know what the law dictates Michigan foreclosure? Thanks.

You will need to consult a professional in Michigan, but is a state of action – that is, the bank can come after that, after execution mortgage fairly easily.

Chapter 13 bankruptcy and foreclosure in Massachusetts?

I've been in a Chapter 13 plan payments for last year. Because my mortgage adjustable rate, payment has increased. At the beginning of the plan that has not signed a reaffirmafication on my mortgage, but have failed to pay my mortgage on top of my plan reimbursement of Chapter 13 and now my mortgage payment go up, I can not pay the mortgage. It would be better for me to leave the house is in foreclosure, but I want to continue making the Chapter 13 payment. Question 1: If the house sells for less than it should, I am still responsible for the deficiency: Question 2 Can I make my plan Chapter 13 reimbursement for the same amount I'm paying now: Question 3: I can get my tax return full circle: Question 4 Does anyone know if there Massachusetts law dificiency a foreclosure while I'm in Chapter 13. Any advice would be helpful! Thanks.

1. If you become in Chapter 13 and your home sold for less than it should, then, that is not personally liable for the deficiency, but the mortgage company may be able to get a percentage of their payments to the deficiency plan (which will receive a download at the end of the plan though). 2. I do not know what it's all in your payment plan, but if you pay the mortgage off-plan, then it convenient payment plan stay the same, but if you talk to your bankruptcy attorney. 3. I do not know about Massachusetts but in Illinois, depending on the size of their tax refund. You get to keep some but not all if you have a great one. 4. I do not know anything about the Exclusion Act of Massachusetts, but the fact is that debt is a request and provided that it succeeds with its chapter 13, there is nothing the mortgage company can do to you personally liable for the deficiency. You should consult your lawyer about the possibility of converting to a Chapter 7 if the house was the reason for the 13, may have more sense to convert to a Chapter 7 to obtain the discharge as soon as possible, but depends on your income and to what extent the plan is and if a day in cars, etc. so you need to talk to his lawyer.
