Bank Foreclosures Connecticut
Bank Foreclosures Connecticut

I am filing Chapter 7, in Connecticut, has anyone gone through this?
We have a house that is currently in foreclosure (due that I had to quit my job to care for the health issues of my youngest son, have five children and we are also one of those fools who refinanced and has a loan "Subprime") and would like to keep our home. Our last recourse was to file Chapter 7. I would like to hear from anyone who has actually gone through this process, I am sure there a lot because our court calendar has 283 just for that date 1. After the bankruptcy and out, what happens? Does the workbench down with you after payment. I think he would prefer to work with us to have the house sits there and get nothing. We have a lawyer but any advice, comments, etc of someone who has done this exp can sometimes be better worder the lawyer gives legal text. I have fear of death to the homeless. This mortgage crisis across America is crazy! Thanks for any advice:)
Your lawyer is the one to explain everything in terms they can understand! The status of each person is different, and only your lawyer can provide specific and accurate. Now, how will you pay the mortgage to keep the house from foreclosure and out of bankruptcy? What you exercise with the lender before it filed for bankruptcy? What arrangements do to keep paying the mortgage and avoid delays go bankrupt? We must work with a lender Before getting behind on payments and before filing for bankruptcy if you really want to keep it from bankruptcy. The lender may in some cases the strength of foreclosure. The biggest question can only answer: can you really afford to stay home – even if the decrease in value – or you choose to rent a home? Start looking.
