OK I'm really unclear what's going on Gakuen Alice manga right now?

* Spoiler Alert * Ok, well all parts of the romance I am very confused as to what is happening around 140 in Ch. Since her mother died it was all a mess and so many things that is hard to follow. It's a great series, so you do not want to quit, but if I do not understand what is happening, I see no reason to continue. What does the ESP (director of school) and Z have to do with each other, and what is its connection with the school? What you up to? What danger is that school and others? Why Mikan what Shiki keep your barrior alice locked, and what is their role? What about the role of Reo, why go back to the organization and why Z ESP will kill if they are on the wrong side of the film? If anyone could explain the whole situation that would be awesome. Because I'm confused epic. Very grateful.

Pretty obvious if you've been reading the series, right? O_o Z is actually one of the clones of ESP. This is their capacity. The ESP should have control over their clones. However, as Yuka got their rocks Alice clones, except Z, Z its control is weak. Why Z is able to withstand the ESP control — and then created Yuka the Organization, Shiki and Reo were part of, to rebel against the ESP. If you recall, there was a chapter where Mikan mother died, and made an agreement with the Shiki ESP (I do not remember much of it, sorry). But the main point is, Mikan will be under the protection of Shiki as the Principle of high school, but it is essentially a prisoner of ESP – is trying to force Mikan to remove whatever Yuka had inserted in his body. Being basically a prisoner is placed below the barrier Shiki and may have very limited contact with the outside world. This is how the ESP is trying to force Mikan to do what you want. That's why everyone in a precarious position. If any of Mikan / Shiki makes any false move will have no choice but to submit to the demands of the ESP. What is the last thing any of them want. However, ESP Shiki decided to return to it all the stones and Yuka alice gotten the other clones ESP. When the ESP return to some of its stones Alice, his greatest power, and was able to exert control over Z. The organization (which is in charge of Z), of course, is very unhappy with this situation.
