Foreclosure Eviction
When you receive an eviction notice how long do you have? My house is toward foreclosure.?
I just received the letter from my bank accelerate my mortgage saying I had 30 days to catch up or else.
30 days to get out or pay. I do not want to scare you but you need to get on this problem right away! Talk to the bank, do everything you can to get an extension and do on. If you can not come to an agreement with the bank or get the money you need to go out before 30 days is up. I saw things CNN where the sheriff's dept. comes when someone is absent and disruptions in their business and throws it on the lawn. I'm not saying this happens to you but it came some places. Not to scare you, but you must act immediately and take this advice seriously. I am really sorry for you and I hope it works well. Good luck.
