HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program grants?
Hi guys, how do I get donations from HUD? I heard recently that HUD more open to start grants to individuals or organizations to help stabilize the economy and the current wave of foreclosures. I know they have a program, Neighborhood Stabilization Plan, which lends billions to help U.S. citizens to buy, renovate and possibly sell or live in a house. Then where do I do exactly that? HUD is using the grant to purchase, repair and resell foreclosed homes in crime in difficulty (high) neighborhoods. We only sell by owner buyers occupied with the theory, which seems to be true, that the neighboring landowners to better then renters. Check out the pages to see if there HUD.gov HUD homes available in your area. They have links with lenders also there. Although you can not get a grant, the grant is more housing available families with low income.
