Timeline of foreclosure in Massachusetts?
We had given our notice of default last November. We gave up 11/04 to pay what you owe. We have seen a lawyer and due to the significant rate next year and every year thereafter, we will let it go. The credit union refuses to make an indulgence and will only add a lot of our mortgage and high every month. How long it is taking right now in the mass once the foreclosure notice sent? There was an article on the front page of the newspaper last week said up to one year. Im just nervous I could could be 30 days or more. Will we be a month to month without knowing when to stop? We are saddened by the loss of home, but my husband has had to work three jobs just to try to keep pace. Hope will be a welcome relief.
