Me and my wife is interested in looking at homes that have been granted or are close to her … I can only find these scam sites that want you to register for credit checks or ask for a hefty fee to see listings … I want a site that has lists of products that do not require a credit scam or great expense … Life is also a real estate agent in Orlando, Florida would not be pretty, if possible … Can anyone help?
Unless you have money ready to bid in an auction crowding in the trust, which is a waste time. If you wish to search homes bank owned (REO properties), just use a realtor. Banks are ready for resale by real estate brokers. Unable to deal directly with the bank.
