What are the negative effects of the closure?
I own two houses. Present in both. One is a "setback" of the mortgage. My credit is more than 800 today. What negative effects if you let the property go into foreclosure?
Been there, done That. One of the negative effects that your credit rating nose dive ……… And unless you first mortgage has a time of life (30 years or less) cycle, you hit the jackpot at the time of renewal ….. Good luck.
