Anybody know a realtor in the Santa Barbara area that deals with the subject of housing finance and pre-foreclosure?
I'm looking to buy a house with over someones mortgage, but I need much help from anyone in the area I now live outside BC the state. Thanks
Most real estate agents who know about pre foreclosures and make them available for sale the buyer wishes to qualify for a new mortgage and should not recommend your salesperson to make the kind of transaction you are seeking. One reason is that it would be difficult to get a commission for a transaction like this, unless they added a 2 to the property and paid their commission. Being out of state does not help either.
