How long does a tenant have to move from the rental property which is excluded in bieng?
I live in Cape Girardeau mo and a neighbor has been informed you have to leave the house they had rented because of a foreclosure on the house where the owner did not make the payments.They where criminals are not for rent.
Normally have 60 days from the date of notification to vacate the premesis. Would your friend take a look at the issue and see if any clause that prevents him from going after the landlord for loss of working time, etc. I also make sure that does not pay rent for the last few months and get the deposit back if he was given. It sucks because I had to leave my apt, because they are sold and is a pain to find another place. You have to take time off from work to do so.
