The FTC Commission publishes the annual report of the Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz issued today FTCS 2010 Annual Report American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, stressing the Agencys increased efforts to protect consumers in difficulty financial and promote competition in the economic downturn.
