California Foreclosure Unlawful Detainer

I just received a "Notice has been sued" in the mail from the California Superior Court .. What should I do?

It was totally unexpected. I live as a tenant in a house that was sold at auction in foreclosure on June 1st. I provided my lease to the new owner through of an agent and told him I wanted to stay here (such as foreclosure on Tenants' Rights Act specifies) and that I would be happy to pay the rent. I waited and heard nothing, and went on to write another email asking who I pay the rent, but for the broker wrote me a nasty note I said that if I "insisted" on trying to maintain my lease, which would hire a lawyer against me. I have no knowledge ( legal advice) I've done nothing wrong! Anyway, what does this warning? I have not received any documentation regarding a retention illegal, just a notice saying it has been sued for it. Nobody has to go and gave me any papers to be ..

Contact a lawyer. That does not sound right that you have not received anything more than a warning.
