I’ve had good input… Now, where do I begin with REO property preservation?
I have had a good suggestion on RE investing… I am curious now how ALL or ANY of you that own a REO/ Foreclosure cleanout/trashout, property preservation company, got started! PLEASE! Any information will be greatly appreciated! I ama full-time firefighter/paramedic in the state of Texas and I have a sufficient amount of time off between shifts (24 hour on shift/48 hours off) and I personally think that this is my perfect opportunity! I have always wanted to own by own business, work in real estate and do handyman jobs (Minimal experience) and I believe this business is the best of ALL worlds in what I am looking to accomplish! Thank you and please help me with any information!!
